Then there's Chat Romance: Some Chat Romances last forever online, just a fictional story that never enters the real world, others dare to meet up and fall in love (no really I heard it from a guy in a chatroom it must be true!).

But the most common tale of a chatroom romance is a simple tale - She's the hottest thing in the room and everyone wants her, then one man manages to capture her attention with perfect timing and the right words, she falls in love, meanwhile he does a small hareem of other girls and possibly guys at the same time, she doesn't notice, he moves on and clicks delete, she invents a story of woe about how he broke he heart - until the next one comes along.

A sad tale it may be, but on the bright side, no one ever got pregnant, STD's or even a common cold from it...

Much as it is in the real world, if they're very good at everything romantic, they've probably had a lot of practice at it...and it's pretty easy to delete people on the internet, like cyber-termination, that person no longer exists....
